There if you need it, hidden if you don't
Introducing allergens, and keeping track of what happened.
Whether you are offering peanut for the first time or working through a plan from your allergy team, Littles keeps the record so you are not trying to hold it all in your head.
Allergen Introduction
Tick what you've offered, and when.
Flag any solids entry as introducing an allergen and choose which ones it contained. Milk, egg, soya, the nuts, the gluten cereals, seeds and the rest are all there, grouped so you are not hunting.
It builds a plain record of what your baby has already had and what is still to come, which is far easier than trying to remember whether the cashew butter was a fortnight ago or last month.

Reactions
Write it down while it's fresh.
If something happens after a meal, log it against that meal. What you saw, how long after it started, how long it lasted.
Reactions can be immediate or delayed, which is exactly why the timing matters. Two weeks later, when someone asks you to describe it, guessing is no use to anybody.

Around 40 minutes after, mild and settled within the hour
Kept with the meal it belongs to, so the timeline stays intact.
Allergy Ladders
Build the ladder your team gave you.
Ladders are not one size fits all and they are not only about milk. Set up a ladder for whichever allergen you are working on, name each stage yourself, and mark them off as you go.

Any allergen, your stages
Milk, egg or anything else your dietitian has planned. You write the stages, so the ladder matches the one you were actually given.
Know where you are
See how many days you have held at a stage and when you last stepped back, without counting backwards through a notes app.
Ready for the appointment
Open the history on your phone and talk your dietitian or allergy team through exactly what happened and when.
See The Knock-on Effects
Highlight a stage across the whole week.
Pick a ladder stage and Littles shades the days it covers across your activity plot. Sleep, nappies and bottles all stay visible underneath it.
So if nappies changed in the days after you moved up, or sleep got broken, you can see it sitting right there against the dates instead of wondering whether you imagined it.

If something doesn't feel right. Fewer wet nappies than usual, a baby who's unusually sleepy, or feeding that's changed noticeably are all worth a call to your midwife, health visitor or GP. Having the actual days in front of you makes that conversation much easier.
